Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care to elderly or disabled individuals
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, shopping, and organizing
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation needs

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in the Community Health Automated Medicaid Processing System (CHAMPS)
• Previous experience in senior care or patient care preferred
• Compassionate and caring attitude toward others
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients' needs
